About This Competition
Central Florida's largest CrossFit gym is partnering with America's favorite CrossFit gym... Mayhem! This competition will be a single day of 2 person teams fighting for the podium, and helping raise money for Mayhem Missions..
Workouts will be released starting in November!
Divisions: M/M RX ; F/F/ RX ; M/M SX ; F/F SX

All weights shown are working weights. It is possible to see heavier weights for lower reps, or lighter weights for higher reps.
