Thunderhead Throwdown '26
About This Competition
We are back for our THIRD annual Thunderhead Throwdown. Come throw down in our unique farm-style setting at CrossFit Thunderhead. We are going to roll up the big bay doors, and have a good old-fashioned local throwdown.
This year's Thunderhead Throwdown will be Saturday May 16th. The format will be for MM or FF partners, and the divisions will be RX and Scaled. Registration will include a competition shirt, and athlete swag bag.
Our goal is to provide an awesome competition experience for our competitors, and also provide a fun spectator experience. The workouts will be exciting to watch, we will have great vendors, and our grounds are very family-friendly. So sign up, and bring your crew to cheer you on.
Year one we sold out. Year two, we added an extra heat and sold out. We expect year 3 to fill up quickly. So don't wait - grab your partner and get registered.
Division Requirements / Workout Information
All workouts will be released prior to the competition with full standards and expectations. Our goal is to make the workouts challenging and inclusive. So for the most complex/difficult skills & weights - they will be formatted so only one partner has to be able to complete the work.
