***Not sure where you belong?
Your Intermediate or (RX) division athletes should be able to perform most if not all class workouts as prescribed.
Your Novice or (Scaled) division athletes may find themselves modifying more than 50% of class workout weights and/or gymnastics.
Your Advanced or (Rx+) division athletes should be comfortable RX'ing all class workouts, have good gymnastics ability, and comfortable with potential for heavier loading.
Masters is programmed at same level as Intermediate. Both athletes must be 50+.
Fee includes – 3 to 4 competition workouts + finals for top teams – event t-shirt.
Entry fee cannot be refunded, but it can be transferred to another team up to 1 week before the event.

Teammates will only get to pick ONE of the two lifts in each station. Once any lift has started, there is no switching.
