About This Competition
The Golden Days 2026 are here! This Masters Individual Competition will feature 4 separate workouts designed to challenge and inspire athletes of all levels. The event will take place at our home, Forged Athlete Training System, and it’s going to be a day you don’t want to miss! This competition is open to ages 36–64, and we welcome both new athletes and seasoned competitors. You don't want to miss this!
