About This Competition

We're A Local Small Buisnees/Gym and The Old Dirty Masters will be our 6th successful Masters Comp of its kind.  Our Goal is to have a fun event, We keep the judging fair, stay on time and have you out in about 4 hours.  Half the divisions will go in the moring and the other half in the afternoon to accomodate Adult lives.  You must be 35 or more by the end of February 2026;  and your combined team age must be either 75 or more or 90 or more in your respective division.

Several Divisions both RX and Scaled.  Check or Dm us for which one fits you best you.

Workouts

For time, Snatch or Clean n Jerk both ok, Reps shared however.

40 Ground to OverHead for time 115/75 (RX), 95 (Mixed), 95/55 all other divisions (Fun Div. May Scale up or down) 

E2MOM 3 Bears (Bear Complex) starting at 0:00

Bear Complex is:

1 Power Clean

1 Front Squat

1 Shoulder to Overhead

1 Back Squat

1 Shoulder to OverHead

(You may Cluster and/or Thruster the Bear Complex), upon completion of this wod, you have the remainder of the clock to do the "Old Dirty Masters 6 Complex"

Partner A: Max Echo Bike Cals

Partner B: Max Burpes over DB

Each work for :30 seconds, then switch for :30 sec. (1 min of total work)

Upon Completion of "Grace, Isabel & the 3 Bears" you have the remainder of time (11 Min) to do a combined 1 rep Max of the following Complex.

1 Clean (any, Hang, from ground, Squat or Power)

2 Front Squats (if you squat in your clean it does NOT count toward your 2 front squats)

Score is Combined load.  Tie Breaker will be Heaviest individual Lift as needed.

E1:30MOM (4 Stations both work at same time, rotate every 1:30)

Athlete A: Starts at Station 1, and rotates sequentially, 2, 3, and 4.

Athlete B: Starts at Station 3, and Rotates, 4, 1, 2

Station 1: Max Deadlifts 205/155 (RX), 155 (Mixed), 155/105 (scaled), Fun Division (any weight or range of motion).

Station 2: Max Cal Ski

Station 3: Max Bar Muscle ups, Toes to Bar or Hanging Knee Raises. (RX must do Muscle Ups or Toes to Bar) 15 Hanging Knee rasies = 5 Toes to bar = 1 Bar Muscle up in scoring.  For the sake of total scoring all will be given Muscle up scores... it take 15 Knee raises to = 1 Muscle up etc.

Station 4: Max Wall Balls 20/14 RX, 14mixed, 14/10 Scaled, Fun (any)

AMRAP 6 (break up/share reps however)

15 Heavy Jump Rope Turns (2.8lb HPYGN on Amazon)

10 Med Ball Lunges 20/14RX, 14Mixed, 14/10 Scaled, Fun (any)

5 Pull ups or 15 Ring Rows (RX must do Pull ups) for the sake of Scoring it takes 3 ring rows to equal 1 pull up, if a tie breaker is needed the team that ooted for pull ups wins, team must do 1 movement or the other. 

Immediately after this wod is a 1 min rest/recovery directly into "Ring around the Rosie"
