True Fitness HYROX Sim
About This Competition
HYROX is a global fitness race that combines functional strength with endurance, in a standardized format.
Each race consists of 8 rounds of 1000m of running, each followed by a functional workout station.
We'll be running heats of individuals, as well as same-gender and mixed doubles!
Athletes complete the following sequence:
1k Run > Ski Erg - 1000m
1k Run > Sled Push - 50m
1k Run > Sled Pull - 50m
1k Run > Burpee Broad Jumps - 80m
1k Run > Row Erg - 1000m
1k Run > Farmers Carry (2 KB) - 200m
1k Run > (Single DB) Lunges - 100m
1k Run > Wall Balls - 100 reps
Standards
Open F: 225 lb Sled Push, 172 lb Sled Pull, 35 lb KBs Farmer Carry, 20 lb DB Lunge, 10 lb Wallball
Open M + Open M/F + Pro F/F: 335 lb Sled Push, 227 lb Sled Pull, 53 lb KBs Farmer Carry, 45 lb DB Lunge, 14 lb Wallball
Pro M/M: 445 lb Sled Push, 337 lb Sled Pull, 70 lb KBs Farmer Carry, 65 lb DB Lunge, 20 lb Wallball

1k Run > Sandbag Lunges - 100m (F: 20 lb DB ; M/Mixed: 45 lb DB)
1k Run > Wall Balls - 100 reps (F: 10 lbs; M/Mixed: 14 lbs)
Pairs will run together and then can split the work at the stations however they want.
