About This Competition

This is a Hyrox/Hybrid-Ish workout/event

Individual & Teams Of 2 (MM/MF/FF) 

One Course (60m Minutes Max) 

One Long Workout For Time O-Course Style 

Prizes $ For The Winners!

8AM-2PM 

“Fortius on the Rox”

This event is our version of a hyrox type/style Race done in a obstacle course style. Easy/light movements with running ski and rowing in-between. It has 2 divisions (individual & team) the individual division is one long course for time while the team version is shared work with the running portions done together. If you are prepping for a hyrox/hybrid race or just want to test your fitness this is a fun/training tool for you.
