About This Competition
Welcome back to the 3rd installment of the GET WRECKED GAMES here at Crash Proof CrossFit! This year, think Spartan Race 🤝 CrossFit 🤝 Get Wrecked Games.
As many of you are probably aware, on July 27, 2023, a vehicle traveling South on West Main St ran off the road and crashed through our entire building, thankfully, when it was empty.
Eight months later, on March 11, 2024, we were blessed to re-open our doors and resume life and business back inside, better than ever. We have chosen to embrace the 'Get Wrecked' aspect of our journey, knowing that through it, we are stronger, better, and more capable than ever to serve our people and community.
So join us, no matter where you are from or what gym is your home for fitness, in a fun day of a partner-style, CrossFit based race through 4 zones all the way to the finish line where you will be given your finisher medal and t-shirt.
*No deadline on substituting out partners
*Workout zones will be slow released, with all being known 1 week prior to event date.

🏁 RX DIVISION
This division is for competitive CrossFit athletes. Movements will be performed at prescribed weights and standards with no scaling options available.
RX athletes should be comfortable performing:
Barbell
- Clean & Jerks — 135/95
- Snatches — 95/65
- Front Squats — 185/125
- Back Squats — 225/155
- Deadlifts — 275/185
- Thrusters — 95/65
Dumbbells & Kettlebells
- Dumbbell Snatches — 50/35
- Dumbbell Lunges — 50/35
- Devil Press — 50/35
- Kettlebell Swings — 70/53
Gymnastics
- Toes-to-Bar
- Bar Muscle-Ups
- Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
- Handstand Push-Ups
- Handstand Walk (possible)
Conditioning
- Wall Balls — 20/14 lb to 10/9 ft
- Box Jumps — 24/20
- Double Unders
- Echo Bike / Rower / SkiErg (higher volumes)
⚡ INTERMEDIATE DIVISION
For experienced CrossFit athletes who are still developing advanced strength and gymnastics.
Barbell
- Clean & Jerks — 115/75
- Snatches — 75/55
- Front Squats — 155/105
- Back Squats — 185/125
- Deadlifts — 225/155
- Thrusters — 75/55
Dumbbells & Kettlebells
- Dumbbell Snatches — 35/20
- Dumbbell Lunges — 35/20
- Devil Press — 35/20
- Kettlebell Swings — 53/35
Gymnastics

For athletes who are newer to CrossFit or still building capacity and confidence.

Dumbbells & Kettlebells
- Dumbbell Snatches — 20/15
- Dumbbell Lunges — 20/15

- Hanging Knee Raises
- Jumping Pull-Ups
- Ring Rows
- Elevated Push-Ups

Conditioning
- Wall Balls — 10/8 lb to 8–9 ft
- Box Step-Ups — 20/16
- Single Unders
♿ ADAPTIVE / NO LIMITS DIVISION
Built with inclusion in mind. Movement standards and loads will be customized while maintaining intensity, fairness, and competitive integrity.
Adaptive athletes may see:
- Seated or assisted versions of:
Wall Balls
Pulling movements
Carries - Dumbbell or kettlebell options instead of barbells
- Reduced ranges of motion as needed
- Custom rep schemes and distances
👉 Every adaptive team will be contacted before the event to ensure movement standards are appropriate, challenging, and fair.
🚨 Important Note
Athletes should choose the highest division where they can complete all movements safely and confidently.
