At our 'Paratus' events we want to make it as inclusive as possible. The competition floor isn't just for your "Mat Fraser's". Everyone should experience the buzz of stepping onto the dance floor.

Mixed Pairs Comp for RX, Intermediate and Scaled Athletes.
3 Workouts

Workouts will be released the week of the competition on our social media platforms.
Requirements including but not limited to:
RX
DBs: 15/22.5kg
KBs: 16/24kg
Thruster 40/60kg
GTOH: 50/80kg
All Gymnastics
Intermediate
DBs: 12.5/20kg
KBs: 16/24kg
Thruster 30/50kg
GTOH: 40/60kg
Pull-ups
Double Unders
Toes to bar
Scaled
DBs: 10/15kg
KBs: 12/16kg
Thruster: 25/40kg
GTOH: 25/40kg
No gymnastics requirements except single unders.
