About This Competition

All-scaled, all-women's partner competition for the beginner or the intermediate athletes!

DIVISION STANDARDS
*Not all movements will be used, but all athletes need to be capable of the following weights for at least a few reps.


BEGINNER
Deadlift: 75 lbs
Shoulder to Overhead: 55 lbs
Back/Front Squat: 55 lbs
Squat/Power/Hang Clean: 55 lbs
Power/Hang Snatch: 45 lbs
Box Jump or Step-up: 16".
WBS: 10 lbs. 8' Target.
KB: 26 lbs
DB: 20 lbs


INTERMEDIATE
Deadlift: 95 lbs
Back/Front Squat: 75 lbs
Shoulder to Overhead: 75 lbs
Squat/Power/Hang Clean: 65 lbs
Power/Hang Snatch: 55 lbs
Box Jump or Step-up: 16"-20"
WBS: 14 lbs. 9' Target.
KB: 35 lbs
DB: 25 lbs


*There will be no DUs or advanced gymnastics in either division (Pull-ups, Dips, HSPUs, Pistols).

There will be 3 workouts. All workouts will be released by Tuesday (12/9/25).

There are no refunds for this event. Valid and matching ID is mandatory at check-in.

Workouts

Event 1

8 Minutes

AMRAP:

7 Deadlifts

7 Hang Cleans

7 Thrusters

7 Lateral Burpees

*Max Calorie Row

**Partners must switch positions every 2 minutes. 

Score: Reps + Calories

Beginner: 40 lbs.

Intermediate: 55 lbs.

3-2-1-Go: Partner 1 will begin the AMRAP on the barbell (deadlifts, hang cleans, thrusters, and lateral burpees). Partner 2 will begin the max calorie row.

At the 2:00 mark, it is mandatory the partners switch positions. Now Partner 2 will be on the barbell and Partner 1 will be on the rower. This switch will happen again at the 4:00 and 6:00 marks.

Partners CANNOT switch earlier or choose to skip a switch. Partners must switch positions at the 2:00, 4:00, and 6:00 marks.

The judge will keep a continuous rep count. This means at each position switch, the partners will pick up where the other left off. 

Total Reps + Total Calories = Score.

Event 2

9 Minutes

AMRAP:

200m Ski, 10 Alt Med-Ball Sit-ups (over 20" box)

200m Ski, 20 Alt Med-Ball Sit-ups (over 20" box)

200m Ski, 30 Alt Med-Ball Sit-ups (over 20" box)

200m Ski, 40 Alt Med-Ball Sit-ups (over 20" box)

200m Ski, 50 Alt Med-Ball Sit-ups (over 20" box)

...

 

*Every 50m = 1 Rep. Every Med-Ball Sit-up = 1 Rep.

Score: Total Reps

Beginner: 10 lbs

Intermediate: 14 lbs

 

3-2-1 Go either partner may begin the ski. Partners can switch out at any time on the ski.

Once 200m is completed on the ski-erg, partners will both advance to their Med-Ball Sit-ups.

Once 10 repetitions of the Med-Ball Sit-ups are completed, partners may begin the next round.

The ski will remain 200m each round, the Med-Ball Sit-ups will increase by 10 reps each round until the 9 minute timer is completed.

 

EVENT 3

10 Minutes

AMRAP

(Alternating Rounds)

10 Bumper Plate Bench Press

10 Dumbbell Squats

10 Bumper Plate Ground to Overhead

Score = Total Reps


BEG: 25 lb Bumper Plate. 15 lb Dumbbells.

INT: 35 lb Bumper Plate. 20 lb Dumbbells.


3-2-1-Go: Partner 1 will begin a round. Partner 2 will rest. Once Partner 1 has finished the first round, Partner 2 will begin the second round. Partners will continue to alternate rounds for the duration of 10 minutes is complete. Score is total reps completed
