About This Competition
Welcome to the CrossFit Open 2026 at Iron Tide CrossFit!
The work outs will release on Thursday Afternoons at 3pm on Feb 26, Mar 5, and Mar 12!
Come join us at Iron Tide CrossFit on Friday evenings from 4p-7:30p to complete the workout! Choose your heat, stay and eat with local food trucks and cheer on your friends!

IMPORTANT!!!!!
Each week we will draw someone for a FREE month to ITC!!
Here are the rules in order for you to get drawn:
SHOW UP! Choose your heat when you arrive! First heat will start at 4:00pm. *Must be present to choose your heat.*
JOIN THE THEME! Each week we will have a different theme! Show up and show out!
-2/27 will be BEACH BASH: wear your beachiest (and appropriate) outfit!
- 3/6 will be COLOR WARS: each division will have a color to wear. RX Male (GREEN), RX Female (PINK), SC Male (YELLOW), SC Female (PURPLE)
-3/13 will be camo! Hunter camo or militry style are both welcome!
BE JUDGED! This just means, grab a friend to help you calculate weight, count your reps and cheer you on! Once you complete the wrokout, you'll exchange autographs and receive your score!
ENTER YOUR SCORE! You'll put your score here in Competition Corner!
We will draw the winners on SATURDAY AT 8:30am before the class! So don't forget to put in your scores!
*Each week we will choose a winner for the free month. The winner of 2/27 will receive March for free, the winners of 3/6 and 3/13 will receive April for free.
