For Time (12 minute cap):
100 dubz (2:1 singles, 1:1 singles)
30 deadlifts (155/105, 115/75, 75/55)
80 dubz
30 Power Snatch (115/75, 75/55, 45/35)
60 dubz
30 OHS (115/75, 75/55, 45/35- front squat)
40 dubz
30 synchro Burpees
AMRAP 12 (You go, I go movements):
5 pullups (Jumping, Ring Rows)
10 push ups (box 20”, 30”)
15 goblet squats (RX: 35/26) (I&S: air squats)
Each partner establishes a 1 rep max complex:
12 minute cap (6/6)
Partner 1:
1 power clean
1 hang power clean
1 shoulder to overhead
Partner 2:
1 squat clean
1 hang squat clean
1 shoulder to overhead
AMRAP 5:
Partner 1: row 5 Cals
Then P1 & P2 Synchro:
10 db shoulder to overhead (50s/35s) (35s/20s) (35s/20s)
