LDB x M-Sport Hyrox Simulation
About This Competition
LDB Hyrox simulation race held at M-sport race track Dovenby hall, Solos, Doubles and Relays event on Saturday, Sunday the 22-23rd August
LDB Hyrox simulation will follow the rules and regulations of Hyrox which can be found here. https://hyrox.com/rulebook/
This will be a full Hyrox sim all stations and 8 x 1km runs. (as close as possible to include rox zone 1km)
The run route will be on the M-sport race track with stations being in the pit lane, on the race track and in the garages. all weather dependant.
Exact heat times will be allocated once entries are closed. A window for each division will be listed below.
Saturday
0800-1000 Mens Doubles
1010- 1200 Mixed doubles
1210- 1400 Womens doubles
1410-1700 Team Relays
Sunday
0800-1000 Mens Solo
1010-1200 Womens Solos
All entries are final and Non refundable. Transfers/substitutes will be allowed within the same division.
