VFH In-house Competition 2026
About This Competition
VFH Capalaba and VFH Wynnum's first in-house competition of 2026!
In teams of 2 (MM/FF/MF) across 3 categories - scaled, intermediate and RX.
We also have 6 additional 'scaled - community heat' spots for 6 teams who may need to scale back workouts, are carrying an injury, or want to participate but not compete without the pressure of a leaderboard.
We will be capping numbers for each division so get in quick!
There will be 3 heated events on the day (barbell, hy-cross and getconditioned based) plus one floating event for your team to complete throughout the day in your own time.

Teams of 2
One athlete works at a time.
Across the two rounds, each athlete must complete 5 of the 10 total working intervals.
Athletes may:
Complete intervals back-to-back or alternate as desired
Choose intervals in any order

Notes
Female athletes will receive 1.3x their Rower and Ski Erg calories (all divisions).
Only one athlete may work during each interval.
Athletes may not switch during a work interval.
