About This Competition

Join CrossFit Synergistics for our 3rd annual WINTER MELTDOWN, a partner competition, on January 24, 2026.

Rx, Scaled, and Rx Masters divisions available. (M/M & F/F) (Scaled division is for any age)

All masters athletes must be 40+ before competition day.

Register by Wednesday, 01/7/26 to receive a competition shirt. Registration will stay open until 1/14/26.
