About This Competition
LEGACY LEAGUE is a same-sex teams of 3 competition hosted in ATORA Newstead. With Everyday & Elite divisions, there will be 2 events each Sunday for 3 consecutive weeks. January 11th, 18th & 25th from 7am-11am. Workouts will be posted weekly and prizes for podium finishers. Ideal for anyone training for the upcoming Crossfit Open or competition season. Throw down alongside your mates, against your mates🏋🏼♀️
