- Vendredi soir : 1 WOD CHAOS pour lancer la compétition 🔥 ( à partir de 17h00, horaire provisoire )

⚠️ Standards :
- Les charges doivent être maîtrisées : ce ne sont pas des 1RM.
- Les mouvements de gymnastique doivent être maîtrisés au minimum par le nombre d’athlètes demandé.
- Le volume et les contraintes seront adaptés pour la catégorie Inter
