Cold War Games 2026
About This Competition
The Cold War Games is team Fitness competition, hosted by The Counseling Center which is focused on increasing access to quality fitness experiences and equipment to people recovering from substance use and mental health disorders. In our 8th year, you have multiple ways to support:
Enter as a team in the cannon-ball style Fitness competition
Sponsor a team or an athlete
Buy a t-shirt
Make a donation
100% ALL proceeds from entry fees, t-shirt sales, sponsorships, and other donations will go towards the benefits of client athletes at TCC.
This is a 4 person competition - Same Sex Teams and Co-Ed Teams (Rx and Scaled Divisions)
There will be 6 available spots open for each division, Top 3 Teams in each Rx division will advance to a finals workout.
The workouts are programmed to accomodate any level of Fitness experience. The intention is for all levels and abilities to come together for a fun day of fitness for a good cause.
