About This Competition

4th HYROX Simulation Event at CrossFit North Devon

**Sunday 14th June from 10am to 5pm**

Get ready to test your endurance, fitness and strength with our HYROX Simulation event. 

This time we have Pro Category avaiable too!.

It's the perfect opportunity to push your limits with a full run through of the HYROX race (minus the Rox Zone) so you will get quicker times by approximately 4 to 8 minutes.

Whether you're returning to beat your time, preparing for a HYROX Race, fancy giving Pro weights a go, or trying HYROX race for the first time, this is your chance to test your fitness, push your limits, all with the support of the CFND Community. 

Categories (Open and Pro) and approximate window times (subject to change) are:

Male Individual Pro and Male Doubles Pro:

10am to 11am

Male Individual Open and Male Doubles Open:

10am to 11am

Mixed Doubles:

11am to 1pm

Female Individual Pro and Doubles Pro:

1pm to 2pm

Female Indidvidual Open and Doubles Open:

2pm to 3pm

Additional Information:

  • 2 x Individuals/Doubles/Mixed will set off every 15 minutes
  • You will be given your exact start time at least a week before the event
  • Upon registration, please submit your approximate 1km run time to help allocate the start times
  • Please arrive at least one hour before your start time to register and warm up.
  • First heat of the day will start at 10am.
  • Event to finish at approximately 5pm

This is our 4th HYROX SIM, it's going to be even bigger and better!..
