About This Competition

The Brickyard Athlete Games – Hyrox Standard Pt.2
Date: May 1-2, 2026
Location: Brickyard Performance – Kaysville, UT
Format: Individual & Team Competition

Individual: Pro Men & Women | Open Men & Women

2 Person Team: Pro Men, Women & Mixed | Open Men, Women & Mixed

The HYROX Standard – Part 2 of The Brickyard Athlete Games is an endurance-focused functional fitness competition designed to test aerobic capacity, strength stamina, and mental toughness.

This event emphasizes sustained effort, repeatable movement patterns, and race-style pacing. Athletes will move through multiple stations combining running with functional exercises that demand consistency under fatigue.

This is not a max-lift or high-skill gymnastics competition. Success here is determined by engine, efficiency, and grit.

WHAT TO EXPECT

HYROX-style race format

- Running intervals paired with functional stations

- Repeatable, low-skill movements that reward pacing

- Longer time domains with minimal rest

- Clear judging standards and consistent scoring

- Professional event flow and live leaderboard

DIVISIONS

PRO | Men, Women and Teams

OPEN | Men, Women and Teams

Pro divisions will feature heavier loads (just like the real race), while Open divisions maintain the same structure with adjusted weights.

EVENT FORMAT

Workout details and standards will be released prior to competition
