Chicago Fit Games Winter Fest
The ultimate test of strength, endurance, skill, and teamwork hits Chicago this winter. The Chicago Fit Games Winter Fest brings together athletes from across the city for an electric, community-driven competition featuring challenging, thoughtfully designed workouts and an unforgettable event atmosphere. Push your limits, face epic WODs, and compete alongside the fittest athletes in the Midwest. This is more than a competition—it’s a celebration of grit, determination, and the Chicago fitness community.
Registration & Refund Policy
All athlete registrations are final and non-refundable. Athletes who wish to protect their registration may purchase optional event insurance at checkout. This insurance is offered through a third-party provider, may include additional fees, and is subject to that provider’s terms and conditions.
Substitutions & Team Changes
Athlete substitutions will be permitted up to a specified deadline prior to the event (details and deadlines will be communicated to registered athletes). After the substitution window closes, no changes will be allowed. Any approved substitutions must meet division standards and eligibility requirements.
Workout Releases
Workout details, movement standards, and scoring information will be released in advance of the competition. Release dates and times will be announced via email and on official Chicago Fit Games social media channels to ensure all athletes receive the information at the same time.
Qualifying & Eligibility
This event does not require an external qualifier unless otherwise stated for a specific division. Athletes are responsible for registering in the correct division based on their abilities and experience. The Chicago Fit Games reserves the right to move athletes or teams to a more appropriate division if necessary to preserve fairness and competition integrity.
Additional Event Information
• All athletes must complete a liability waiver prior to competing
• Movement standards and judging criteria will be strictly enforced
• Event schedules, heat assignments, and venue details will be released closer to competition weekend
• This event is designed to challenge athletes while delivering a professional, high-energy competition experience
