Once again, Norway’s largest functional fitness event returns to Unity Arena for a full weekend of community, competition, and pure energy.
This is more than a competition.
It’s a celebration of strength, movement, and everything we love about our sport.

🏆 Divisions
Oslo Throwdown 2026 will feature the same popular divisions as this year:
Elite, RX, Intermediate, Masters, Scaled, and Teens — both Team and Individual formats.

Every athlete throws down — but only the top few reach the SHOWDOWN, our signature head-to-head final under the lights.
The crowd, the lights, the music — this is where legends are made.
💰 Prizes & Payouts
Prize money will be available for Elite and RX Individual divisions.
Winners will receive details after the event regarding invoice and payout terms.
