About This Competition
Lift Off🏋
This is a good old-fashioned throwdown that gets you in and out quickly. 30 minutes in total for three separate lifts, 10 minutes per lift, broken out into five sets, one set every 2 minutes, with a working time of 20 seconds per set.
The Lifts: Clean (Squat or Power), Back Squat, Shoulder to Overhead (Strict, Push, or Jerk)

You will get 5 sets to establish a 1 rep max Clean, each set having a window of 20 seconds to work and then 1:40 to rest and change weight, making a total of 10 minutes at this first station. Your heaviest completed lift will be recorded.
