May Long Enduro
About This Competition
The 2026 Man-Made May Long Enduro is a local fitness race meant to test the limits of your Hybrid endurance training.
The race can be done as an individual or team of 2 and consists of Burpee Get-Overs as well as Calories on each of the following... Assualt Air Runner, Rogue Echo Bike, Concept2 Ski Erg and Concept2 Rower.
How the Race Works
Each individual/team will have their own lane and Burpee Get-Over obstacle, HOWEVER, there will only be 4 of each machines (Ski Erg, Air Runner, Echo Bike and Rower). This means that you all may not necessarily be doing the race in the same written order and there will be some strategy and gamesmanship involved.
On the count of 3-2-1 go, all racers MUST start the race with at least 50 burpee get-overs. Once completed at least 50 BGOs, racers will be able to choose their first machine on a first-come-first-serve basis. That means that whoever finishes 50 BGOs first gets first pick at a machine. Racers will roll their selected machine into their assigned lane where you will complete ALL 300/500 calories on that machine before moving on to the next machine or choosing to another set of BGO. So that means that ONLY the BGOs can be partitioned and all 4 machines must have 300/500 calories completed unpartitioned.
Teams can be same sex or mixed, and partners can split work however they like.
