The 2026 Chaos Theory Throwdown
About This Competition
2-person teams (M/M and F/F) with both Rx and scaled divisions. This is a different take on CrossFit competition, where each team will complete five 6-minute workouts, with 6 minutes rest in between each workout. Teams will have scheduled start times and flow through the 6 workouts in less than an hour. Workout details will be released ahead of time!
Scoring: The winner of each division is the team with the most total reps accumulated in all five workouts.
