About This Competition

Our first ever IN HOUSE COMP! 

One single day. Teams of 2.

RX and Scaled divisions. M/M, F/F, and M/F team spots available. 

Singlet provided for all registrations prior to Feb 4th. 

RAW Recovery On site - ONE FREE session per person! 

Prizes in all divisions

 

What division should you pick?

RX: This division is designed for those that  are a bit more confident in their movement capacity, in particular some of the gymnastics skills and know their way around a barbell. If you regularly complete the daily WOD as is on the board, or make advanced modifications, then this is the division for you. If anything, challenge yourself and back yourself with some confidence. Think HSPU, pull ups, toes to bar, and BB weights ranging from males 50-85kg, females 35-60kg.  

SCALED: This division is our beginner friendly division, completely accessible to all. The  movements are ones you will have completed in the gym before. No crazy gymnastics skills or ridiculously heavy weights. If you regularly complete the scaled workout on the board or make small modifications, this is the division for you. Think push ups, ring rows, knees to chest, and BB weights ranging from males 40-65kg, females 20-45kg.  


please note: no refunds are permitted. Teammate substitutions are permitted up until the day of the event.
