Mixed Pairs Functional Fitness Competition, open to mixed abilities and guaranteed fun. We have listed the movement standards below including scaling options so please read through carefully.

£50.00 entry per person (early birds get £10.00 off team sign up. Only 6 spots)!
Athletes compete Sunday 13th September 2026

Prizes for 2nd & 3rd place

Day Layout

Event 1/2/3: All teams will compete in these events.

Event 4 (The Final): The top teams take part in the Final Event.

Standards

To give an idea of the standards required please see below the expected (but not limited to) movements and weights:

• Toes-to-bar (scaling: leg raises)
• Pull ups, chest to bar (scaling: ring rows, jumping pull ups)
• Barbell events may be programmed as a progressive loading ladder, starting at lighter weights and building throughout the workout. Athletes will have the opportunity to increase loads as the workout progresses. Snatch, Clean & Jerk, Thruster/Cluster movements will have a starting weight of F 30/M 40kg, Deadlifts starting weight of F 50kg/M 80kg
• Dumbbell weight (F 15kg, M 22.5kg)
• Kettlebell weight (F 16kg, M 24kg)
• Box jumps (scaling: step ups) 20/24inch
• Sandbag holds, Sandbag to shoulder/over shoulder (F 30kg, M 50kg)
• Double unders (scaling: single unders)
• Wallballs (F 6kg, M 9kg)
• Plate ground to overhead (F 10kg, M 15kg)

If one partner scales, the other must also scale for that exercise.

Weight and movement standards will change in the final event.

- Tickets are non-refundable.

- Please inform OMNI of any team member changes leading up to/on the day of the competition.

- Please inform OMNI if your team are unable to make the compeition.
