Kansas City’s largest fitness competition is back for one more epic CrossFit event!

⁃RX | Intermediate | Masters | Scaled
-Registration opens Veterans Day, Nov 11th, 2025.

Our mission is to raise awareness and encourage support for the men and women who are suffering due to the sacrifices they made on our behalf.
•⁣
Combat and trauma occurred in the line of duty, is just the beginning. Healing from those incidents is the true Battle Of The Brave.⁣

*every :30, two rows of bars, one male, one female.
*weight jumps at each bar
*At 3,2,1, go the first person steps on the platform and hits the comlex. then moves to the next until they cannot complete the complex at the current weight.

*If you clear the ladder you will have 2min to make an attempt of the complex at a "Shoot your shot bar". You pick the load (must be more than the previous bar), then rip it!

*1 Person Carries a Soft Stone 100 yards then runs to tag the person at the Ski starting off the relay.

*1 lap = 10 points , 1 cal = 1 point

The soft stone carrier replaces the person on the ski, who then replaces the person on the bike, who then replaces the person on the row, who then picks up the soft stone...
