About This Competition
The Gauntlet is built to be inclusive without being soft. It’s a competition designed to open the floor to all athletes by lowering technical barriers but definitley not the standard. The Gauntlet is a space for athletes of all backgrounds to test themselves, compete hard, and earn their place.
Signing up means more than showing up on game day.
It’s a commitment to push your limits, step into discomfort, and prove what you’re capable of. Whether this is your first time competing or another stop in a long competitive journey, The Gauntlet is where effort matters and grit is rewarded. The Gauntlet is your arena!

WHEN & WHERE
March 12 - 15, 2026 at Gymreapers Wodapalooza Miami Beach.
Located on South Beach between blocks 6th - 9th St.
The Gauntlet will be held on a dedicated stage outside the competition footprint. All competing athletes will receive one (1) 20% General Admission Discount code to Gymreapers Wodapalooza Miami Beach.
WAYS TO PARTICIPATE
Offering Individual and Same Gender Pair options in all available levels.
LEVELS
- IRON PRO - This division is intended for experienced athletes who can sustain longer cardio efforts and confidently cycle moderate-to-heavy loads or hitting a max lift with a barbell.
- IRON LITE - This division is intended for experienced athletes who can sustain longer cardio efforts and confidently cycle moderate-to-lighter loads or hitting a max lift with a barbell.
- GRIT PRO - This division is intended for athletes who can sustain longer cardio efforts and move heavier sandbag loads efficiently, and is well suited for athletes who excel at odd-object work, conditioning, and high-effort, grit-style workouts.
- GRIT LITE - This division is intended for athletes who can sustain longer cardio efforts and move moderate sandbag loads efficiently, and is well suited for athletes who excel at odd-object work, conditioning, and high-effort, grit-style workouts.
REGISTRATION FEES
- Individual $65 per person + service fees
- Pairs $115 per pair + service fees
THE WORKOUT
The Gauntlet workout will consists of three 15min stations, with a 5:00 rest between each station. Start strong, finish fast.

- Station One: The Strength Zone
- Station Two: Cardio Center
- Station Three: MetCon Finale
