EVENT 3: BARBELL PARADE
(SEE VIDEO EXPLANATION AT BOTTOM)

FORMAT
For Time – 6:00 cap (7:00 cap for coed)

Teams will complete the following in order:

For Time:

Clean Ladder (ascending weights)

10-8-6-4-2

FLOW & WORK REQUIREMENTS
Teams may divide work as they see fit. Each athlete does not have to complete a rep at each stage of the ladder in order to advance. However, coed teams may not advance their barbells and add the next weights until the total requisite reps for the station have been completed.

At 3, 2, 1, go, athletes step up to the first barbell. Once all 10 reps are completed, they will advance the barbell to the next section, add weight, then complete 8 reps. This will continue until they’ve finished the final 2 reps at the final weight.

Coed teams will have separate barbells. Once both barbells have advanced and weight added, one partner can begin working while the other adds weight to their barbell (e.g. complete 10 reps, both bars roll forward, the female athlete helps the male athlete load their barbell, male athlete begins working while female athlete loads their bar.

Both athletes must face forward when lifting.

Score: Time when the final rep is completed.

If capped, teams receive +1 per incomplete rep.

Tiebreaker is the time it takes to complete the round of 6 reps. Time will be marked when athlete shows control at the top in accordance with movement standards below.

MOVEMENT STANDARDS
Row

May split row calories however between partners
athletes must have both feet in straps before pulling handle - athletes may not get off the rower or advance to the worm until until their cal count is completed

Synchro Burpees over Worm

rep begins with athlete’s chests-to-deck simultaneously (but on opposite sides of the worm - parallel to the worm)
rep is complete when both athletes ascend and two-foot hop (scaled can step) to other side of worm (athletes will start and finish each rep on opposite sides)

Worm Clean + Jerks

reps come from the floor each time
athletes pull worm to same shoulder, then press/jerk overhead to other shoulder, and finish rep when they return/drop worm to the ground.
Do not need to fully lockout at the top, only get over head to other shoulder and show control at the shoulder before lowering to the ground

Worm Lunges

athletes get worm on same shoulder in any fashion they choose
in a synchronized fashion both athletes begin walking lunges forward, tapping back knee each rep and coming to a full standing position at the top (knees and hips at full extension).

Athletes may NOT take mini steps forward to adjust feet.
There will be checkpoints every 20ft worth 1 rep. If athletes wish to drop the worm, they must have both feet of both athletes past the designated line, otherwise they must return to the previous checkpoint.
Both feet of both athletes must then be BEHIND the checkpoint line before they start lunging again, so the worm must be pulled backwards
Both feet of both athletes must cross the final checkpoint line and both athletes get across the finish line to receive a time. If athletes drop worm, they must pickup where they left off and continue until BOTH feet of BOTH athletes are past designated line.

SCORING
Time cap: 10:00
+1 added per remaining rep if capped

EVENT 2: DEBT COLLECTOR, PRESENTED BY BACK IN ACTION

FORMAT
For Time OR Max Reps – 12:00 total duration

5 Snatches
10 Box Jump Overs / Step Overs
Max Bar MU / C2B / Ring Rows in remaining time until 50 / 100 / 100 reps

Teams will work through a repeating triplet with alternating partner intervals.

The workout ends immediately once the team reaches the target number of reps for their division and one team member crosses the finish line.

If the team reaches the target → Score is time
If the team does NOT reach the target → Score is +1 per rep remaining

PARTNER INTERVAL STRUCTURE
Partners alternate work every 1:30:

0:00–1:30 → Partner 1
1:30–3:00 → Partner 2

4:30–6:00 → Partner 2
6:00–7:30 → Partner 1

FLOW & WORK REQUIREMENTS
Athletes begin together at the start line beside the barbell. On 3, 2, 1 go, partner 1 steps up to the barbell to begin their snatches while partner 2 stays behind the line. Coed teams will have separate barbells so there will be no weight changes required between rounds.

Athletes must complete 5 snatches + 10 box reps before accumulating rig gymnastics reps each round. Rep must be fully locked out before time expires in the round in order to count.

There is no transition time between intervals.

Partner 2 stays behind the line until the beginning of the next interval.

Partner 1 must move back to the start line by the barbell before their next interval.

Partners must alternate rounds.

If time expires mid-round, only completed reps count.

Teams may finish the workout during any interval. The workout stops immediately once the final target rep is achieved and a time is assigned.
If capped at 12min without completing the requisite reps, score will be +1 for each non-completed rig rep (RX team only completes 43 reps, score = CAP+7)
