VDM is back—bigger, bolder, and more competitive than ever. This one-day event unites athletes from around the world on a global leaderboard, all from the comfort of your local gym.
Compete in teams of two across four challenging workouts designed to test strength, skill, and grit. Whether you’re chasing the podium or stepping onto the competition floor for the first time, there’s a division for you!
