Dewey Beach Championship 2026
About This Competition
Welcome to Dewey Beach Championship 2026: "A Fitness Competition for Good"
Unlike most CrossFit events, Dewey Beach Championship is powered by purpose.
Dewey Beach Championship 2026 will take place on Saturday, June 13th at the Rusty Rudder in the heart of Dewey Beach, Delaware. With a 12‑lane competition rig and signature bay‑front workouts, the day will bring together 96 two‑person teams, along with hundreds of spectators, volunteers, and supporters.
Dewey Beach Championship Community Impact Award This year, we’re thrilled to shine an even brighter spotlight on community generosity with the launch of the Dewey Beach Championship Impact Award—our newest and largest prize, created to honor the gym community that raises the most support for our charitable mission. What the winning gym community receives:■ $1,000 Rogue gift card ■ Custom DBC26 Impact Award gym banner ■ Private tour of Nemours Children’s Health with the Director of Philanthropy |
In 2026, all fundraising efforts will once again benefit pediatric cancer research at Nemours Children’s Health, one of the nation’s leading children’s hospitals and an institution deeply meaningful to so many Dewey‑goers in the Mid‑Atlantic. Our goal this year is bold and important: to raise more than $50,000 to advance research and care for children fighting cancer.
Why Nemours? Childhood cancer remains one of the greatest challenges in pediatric medicine. Nemours is at the forefront of oncology and hematology research, where physician‑researchers, clinicians, and scientists work together to develop insights and breakthroughs that help children not only locally, but around the world.
Thanks to the incredible generosity of our community, the Dewey Beach Championship has already contributed more than $263,259 to charitable partners over the past five years. This ongoing impact is only possible because of our sponsors, volunteers, athletes, and donors—and we can’t thank you enough.
Thank you for supporting such a meaningful cause. We are more inspired than ever as we work to make a difference for Nemours Children’s Health in 2026 and celebrate the gym community that leads with heart.
