Broken Hearts and Barbells
About This Competition
Join us for a Coed (Male/Female) CrossFit Competition on Saturday, February 14th! Teams will take on three challenging workouts designed to test strength, conditioning, and teamwork.
Athletes will compete in Rx, Intermediate, or Masters divisions, with workouts kicking off promptly at 8:15 AM. Athletes should plan to arrive no later than 7:45 to register and warm up. We anticipate wrapping up around 1:00 PM, with a more precise schedule to be shared once registration is finalized.
Workouts will be released on Saturday, February 7th.

The set is over once you fail to get the kettlebell to eye level or set the kettlebell down.
