About This Competition
The TRX Ignite Challenge is your chance to compete in a 10-station, high-energy race built around TRX’s science-backed functional training methods. Designed for all fitness levels, this event pairs you with a teammate to test your strength, stamina, and movement—without the long-distance running of other races.
- Complete 10 workout stations with a partner—or go solo.
- 7 Strength Stations
- 1k Row
- 1k Run Total
- Divide the work however you want (except the run—you’ll run or walk that together).
- It’s timed, so whether you’re chasing a podium or a personal win, you’ll finish feeling accomplished.
Finish times typically range from 30 to 50 minutes. It’s accessible, but no walk in the park. You will be challenged—and you’ll leave proud of what you’ve done.
