About This Competition

Get ready for the ultimate test of fitness, grit, and community. Caution Grounds returns on Friday, February 7th, bringing together athletes from across South Florida for a full day of high-energy competition.

Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or stepping onto the floor for the first time, Caution Grounds is designed to push your limits and showcase what you’re made of. Expect a well-rounded series of WODs, a pumped-up crowd, great vibes, and fierce but friendly rivalry.
