About This Competition
Join us for the 1st annual Let's Go Girls Ladies' Competition at CrossFit Notch 8!
This competition is for 2 person F/F teams in either RX, Masters 35+ and Scaled divisions. There will be 3 scored workouts and a floater.
Deadline for athlete shirts is 1/16/26.
Awesome prize packages will be awarded to the top 3 teams in each division, and each athlete participating will recieve a swag bag.
Division Standards
While it is beneficial for both teammates to meet the following movement standards, it is not required. Not all movements listed will be used, but they should serve as a guideline as to which division you should compete in. You will want to be sure that at least one member of your team can do each movement (i.e. only one person needs to be able to do bar muscle ups).
Rx:
This division is for athletes that regularly Rx WODs in class.
Lifts: Clean & Jerk - 125#, Snatch - 95#, Thruster - 105#, Deadlift - 155#
Skills: T2B, C2B Pull Ups, HSPU, Double Unders, BMU, Handstand Walks (5' increments)
Masters:
This division is for Masters athletes 35+ that regularly RX WODs in class.
Lifts: Clean & Jerk - 85#, Snatch - 75#, Thruster - 85#, Deadlift - 125#
Skills: T2B, Pull Ups, HSPU, Double Unders, BMU, Handstand Walks (5' increments)
Scaled:
This division is for athletes that regularly scale WODs in class.
Lifts: Clean & Jerk - 85#, Snatch - 55#, Thruster - 65#, Deadlift - 105#
Skills: Jumping Pull Ups, Hanging Leg Raises, Hand Release Push Ups, Single Unders

Workouts
Both athletes start at the same time
1 starts on the 800m run, 1 starts on toes to bar
ONLY ONE switch allowed
BOTH partners MUST complete some running AND one set of max unbroken TTB each
All work stops at the 5:00 mark
Scoring:
Fastest 800m time - 50%
Highest combined max unbroken TTB reps (both athletes) - 50%
Rx - toes to bar / Masters - toes to bar / Scaled - above the waist leg raises

3-Attempt 1RM Shoulder-to-Overhead
(Any style: Strict Press, Push Press, Push Jerk, or Split Jerk)
Flow:
• Partner A goes first
• 3 attempts → one lift every 2 minutes (at 0:00, 2:00, and 4:00)
• 2-minute transition
• Partner B goes second
• 3 attempts → one lift every 2 minutes (at 8:00, 10:00, and 12:00)
The combined BEST successful lift from each partner = final team score
