Workouts

SPRINT

ON 3,2,1 Go. All Athletes will get 20 minutes to complete Ski 100/80 calories, Row 100/80 calories and Bike 100/80 calories-- (MALE 100/FEMALE 80)

Athletes must not touch handles before event starts.

All Athletes must stay at station until all 100/80 calories are completed before moving onto the next.

All Atheletes must cross the finish line after the 100/80 calorie Bike

Score = Time/Calories completed

STAMINA

ON 3,2,1 Go. Athlete 1 will take to the C2 Bike to start the 2000m whilst Athlete 2 & 3 start their journey around the circuit with object 1 of 3. The 3 objects must be taken individually around the circuit but can be taken in any order. Objects can be swapped over at any point during the lap.

Once all 3 objects have been carried around the circuit AND the 2000m has been completed—all 3 athletes must then run 2 full laps around the circuit. When all 3 athletes return to the C2 Bike the screen will be reset and then it is max distance in the remaining time.

Score = distance covered in remaining time

STRENGTH

ON 3,2,1 Go. All Athletes will get 18 minutes to first perform a 2 Rep Max Back Squat and then perform a 2 Rep Max Push Press. The 2RM Back Squat and 2RM Shoulder To Overhead will BOTH have a 9min time cap on each.

Once the barbell has left the Rack Athlete must be stable before decending into the Squat. The Squat MUST be Parallel or Lower to count on both reps. A full extension of the knees and hips must be seen at the TOP of the rep for it to count.

The Shoulder To Overhead must be from front rack position and Athletes must have elbows locked out overhead and feet in line for the reps to count.

The set still counts as long as the barbell has left the rack before the time cap.

The Barbell must be empty before the start of the event.

Collars must be used on the Barbell

Barbells and Plates must be tidied away after event for the next competitors

Score = Two seperate scores will be taken on Back Squat & Shoulder To Overhead
