Workouts
Event 1: Redline Relay
This one’s all about engines, teamwork, and pushing the pace. Athletes will trade off between the SkiErg and a max-rep movement — testing lungs, grit, and the ability to stay redlined while your partner works.

2:00 Max Drag Rope Singles or Doubles
Doubles count as 2 reps
Once you choose singles or doubles, you must stick with it the entire 2:00

1:45 Ski
1:45 Max Burpee Box Get Overs
RX: 30/24
SX: 24/20
1C
1:30 Ski
1:30 Max Push Ups
SX: Knee Push Ups (other scales considered if needed)
Flow
Partner 1 starts on the Ski.
Partner 2 starts on the movement.
At each time cap, partners switch.
Rotate through all 3 sections until complete.
🔥 Expect the lungs to burn and the arms to give out quick — the Redline Relay is here to test how deep you can go into the chaos.
Event 2 – The Kota Total
15:00 to Find
Athletes will have 15 minutes to establish the heaviest successful lifts for each movement below.
Partner A: Strict Press (from the floor)
Partner B: Bench Press
Both Partners: Power Clean
Score:
Total team score is the sum of all three successful lifts.
Flow & Notes:
Athletes may make as many attempts as time allows within the 15:00 window.
Each lift must be completed to full standard to count.
Partners may load and change weights as needed.
Communication and strategy are key. Teams decide how to allocate time between lifts.
This event tests absolute strength, strategy, and teamwork under a hard time constraint.
Event 3 – The Pain Train

Athletes will complete the following work for time:
100 Calorie Row
100 Wall Balls 20/14RX 14/10SX
100m Sandbag Lunge 66/44# RX Body Weight SX
100 Calorie Bike
Flow & Notes:
Work may be split between teammates as desired.
Only one athlete works at a time.
All reps must be completed in order.
If the team does not finish within the time cap, the score will be the total reps completed at 20:00. If capped on the lunges, every 25ft is 1 rep. (13 total reps on the lunge)

This event is a true engine grinder, testing endurance, pacing, and mental toughness — once the train starts moving, it doesn’t stop.
Event 4 – Dirty Fran

This event tests gymnastics skill, barbell cycling, and pacing under pressure.
