About This Competition

Kicking the New Year off with an individual or 2 person mixed gender team competition set to test your overall fitness.  We will run a series of pass fail skill stations (for extra points) on Friday evening.  

Skill Stations Friday run from 5pm-8pm.  They are tests of strength, skill, and speed.

The competition wods, 3 plus a floater, will occur on Saturday starting at 8:30am and completing by TBD.

65+: 20" (step overs), jumping pull ups, bear crawl

 

The handstand walks and bear crawls will be measured in 5' increments and will increase by 1 leg each round.

While one partner works on the lifting portion of Linda the other partner will be earning calories on the bike erg.  Calories will only be obtained for as long as part a is in motion.  As soon as part a is complete the wod is over.
