Workouts
BFM.2B | PEAK LIFT
(8:00–13:00) 1RM SNATCH
Each athlete establishes their heaviest successful snatch.
MOVEMENT RULES:
• Any style allowed: Power, Squat, or Split snatch.
IMPORTANT:
• As long as the plates have left the ground before the clock beeps, you are allowed to attempt and receive credit for the lift.
SCORING:
• Combined total weight of both athletes (One Score).
• Also serves as 1st tie-break.
BFMX.1 | MOUNTAIN ASCENT
8 ALTERNATING SETS
(Work 1:30 / Rest :15)
Athlete A completes round 1, athlete B completes round 2, athlete A completes round 3, etc.
EVERY SET BEGINS WITH:
8 Front squats each round
• Rx: 105/165 lb
• Open: 75/115 lb
THEN - ASSIGNED MAX MOVEMENT BY ROUND:
Max Wall Walks (Rounds 1, 2 & 5, 6)
• Open: ½ Wall walks
Max Wall Balls (Rounds 3, 4 & 7, 8)
• Rx: 14 lb (to 9 ft) / 20 lb (to 10 ft)
• Open: 10 lb (to 9 ft) / 14 lbs (to 10 ft)
IMPORTANT:
• Must meet CrossFit standards.
• Both athletes will complete 4 total working sets each.
SCORING:
Total reps accumulated across all 8 sets (Front squats + Wall walks + Wall balls).
BFMX.2A | SUMMIT GLORY
(0:00–8:00) FOR TIME
Complete one round of:
45 Toes-to-Bar (Shared)
• Open: AbMat Sit-Ups
20 Synchronized Alternating DB Snatches
• Rx: 35/50 lb | Open: 25/35 lb
• Sync requirement: Both athletes locked out overhead.
30 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups (Shared)
• Open: Pull-Ups
20 Synchronized Alternating Devil’s Press
• Rx: 35/50 lb | Open: 25/35 lb
• Sync requirement: Both athletes chest on ground at same time.
45 Box Jump Overs (Shared)
• Rx: 20/24 in | Open: 20/24 in
IMPORTANT:
You may begin loading your bar for Event 2B after completing 2A, but no lifting may occur before the 8:00 mark.

BFMX.3 | RACE YA DOWN

30 Sandbag Cleans
• Rx: 70/100 lb | Open: 50/70 lb
• Standard: Must show control at top by taking opposite hand off the bag and showing stability.
200 Double Unders
• Open: 300 Single Unders
• Standard: Must tag out by hand touch before jump rope transitions between partners.
30 Sandbag Cleans
• Same weights as above.
Sprint x 3 Shuttle Runs
• 100 ft. down + 100 ft. back = 1 rep
• Must run together as a team.
IMPORTANT:
• Partition all work as needed.
• One athlete working at a time except for shuttle runs.
