CrossFit Exalted One-Day Competition

Join us for an exciting and action-packed one-day CrossFit competition at CrossFit Exalted! This same sex team competition features Scaled, RX, and Masters divisions; designed to challenge athletes of all levels and celebrate the spirit of fitness.

Workouts

WOD #3 

Time block of 5 minute for Athlete A, 1 minute rest, and another 5 minutes for Athlete B. 

At 3,2,1 GO, Athlete A must complete 30/20 calories on the echo bike. As soon as the calories are completed Athlete A must establish a heavy unbroken complex of 1 Clean + 1 Hang Clean + 1 Shoulder to Overhead with the remaining time of the 5:00 time block. 

Once the 5 minute block has elasped there will be a 1 minute break and then Partner B will start the same workout with another 5 minute block. 

Partner A will start with an unloaded bar and will only be loaded as soon as Athlete A completes the required calories.

Partners can help each other in loading the bar .

RX: 30/20 calories 

Scaled/Masters: 24/16 calories

20 Alternating DB Snatches (50/35) 

20 Box Jump Overs (24/20") 

20 HSPUs

20 Double DB Press (2 x 35/20) 

 

Masters:

20 Box Jump Overs (24/20") 

20 HSPUs (with a riser)

 

Athletes can switch in and out whenever to complete the required work.

3 Bar Muscle Ups
