Teams of 2 (same sex) • Scaled & Intermediate Divisions
Scaled Division
The Scaled Division is designed for athletes who enjoy CrossFit but typically modify workouts in class. If you regularly scale weights, use bands for pull-ups, or substitute movements during workouts, this is likely the right division for you.
This division focuses on approachable weights and accessible movements so athletes can compete, have fun, and experience the excitement of a competition environment.
Athletes should be comfortable with basic barbell movements and simple gymnastics but should not expect advanced skills.
Expected Workout Standards
Barbell Movements
Deadlift: up to 155 / 105
Front Squat: up to 115 / 75
Shoulder to Overhead: up to 95 / 65
Thrusters: up to 75 / 55
Power Cleans: up to 115 / 75
Snatch variations: up to 75 / 55
Gymnastics
Ring Rows
Jumping Pull-Ups
Banded Pull-Ups
Hanging Knee Raises
AbMat Sit-Ups
Push-Ups (modified allowed)
Box Step-Ups
Box Jumps (20"/16")
Other Movements
Dumbbell movements up to 25 / 15
Wall Balls 10 / 6 lb to 9 ft
Farmers Carry
Shuttle Runs
Row, Bike, or Ski Erg
This division is about having fun, working with your teammate, and pushing yourself in a supportive competition environment.
Intermediate Division
The Intermediate Division is for athletes who regularly perform workouts close to RX in class but may still scale heavier weights or more advanced gymnastics.
Athletes in this division should be comfortable with moderate barbell loads and several intermediate gymnastics movements.
Expect workouts that test strength, conditioning, and teamwork, while still remaining approachable for everyday CrossFit athletes.

Barbell Movements
Deadlift: up to 255 / 175
Front Squat: up to 185 / 125
Shoulder to Overhead: up to 135 / 95
Thrusters: up to 115 / 75
Power Cleans: up to 155 / 105
Snatch variations: up to 115 / 75
Gymnastics
Pull-Ups
Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups (possible but not high volume)
Toes-to-Bar
Handstand Push-Ups (kipping allowed)
Burpee Box Jump Overs
Rope Climbs
Other Movements
Dumbbells up to 35 / 25
Wall Balls 14 / 10 lb to 10 / 9 ft
Double Unders
Farmers Carry
Row, Bike, Ski Erg
This division is for athletes ready to challenge themselves in a competitive setting while still keeping the event fun and community focused.
Division Policy
To maintain fair competition:
RX athletes are not permitted to compete.
Athletes who regularly compete in RX divisions or consistently perform advanced RX gymnastics and heavy barbell loads should not register.
Event organizers reserve the right to adjust divisions if a team is clearly registered below their ability level.
