SEPARATE From our NXPT Games O Course: This is our ELITE CATEGORY where our Male and Female ELITES will go head to head for that podium!
Layed out in a 50-yard line of equipment, we will time you through the elite course and your score is your completion time!
*YOU will be responsible for choosing your competition time before or after you run the O-course. It is a first come first serve format. Like a floater WOD of a competition.

1.5" rope, one hand must touch above tape line at 15'.

Level 3 for all

GROUND TO OVERHEAD:

You may Snatch, Jerk, Press, to get to FULL extension of hips and arms for the rep to be counted. Men will use male bars (45lbs) Women will use female bars (35lbs).
SUMMARY:
All of these movements are not complex in nature, but leave much room for error. It is not nessesarily who is the strongest or fastest, but who can move the most fluid and make the least amount of errors. Your time will end when your body crosses the line you start behind. Work smart AND hard, smooth is fast, and lets see who takes it home!
