About This Competition

Beat the freeze & bring the heat!

Join us for the Winter Warm Up on March 21, 2026.

The Winter Warm Up is perfect for those CrossFitters new to competition & those perennial weekend warriors eager to prove themselves in four fun, fast, & fierce workouts.

Registration is $55 (plus ~$4.00 in fees). Registration closes 3/14/2026 at 11:59PM.

Total registrations will be capped at 30.

All athletes registered before 2/27/2026 at 11:59PM will receive a t-shirt with their registration.

Ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.
