About This Competition
Join us for the 11th Annual FRESH COAST GAMES!
The Fresh Coast Games is a 3-person team fitness competition set on the sandy shores of Lake Michigan at iconic Pere Marquette Beach. This one-of-a-kind summer event blends challenging but approachable workouts, team camaraderie, and unbeatable beach vibes.

👥 3-Person Teams (MMM / FFF)
Competition Schedule
Saturday: RX Teams (Standard & Masters)
Sunday: Intermediate Teams (Standard & Masters)
**Masters athletes will compete within their division and be featured on a dedicated Masters leaderboard and podium both days. (See website for age breakdowns and details.)
💲 Cost: $345 per team + platform fees
💪 Expect thoughtfully designed workouts that reward solid training, smart teamwork, and grit.
🎉 Spectators are welcome! Friends, family, and fans are encouraged to come enjoy the beach, cheer on the athletes, and take in the full Fresh Coast atmosphere.
