NFTF Team Takedown 2026
About This Competition
North Forsyth Training and Fitness is excited to bring back "NFTF- Team Takedown" for year TWO!! The competition will take place on Saturday, March 28th, at NFTF in Cumming, GA. (8am-2pm) "Team Takedown 2026" will consist of FOUR workouts. Two workouts are available now, the 3rd will be released by January 31st and the 4th "Country Friday" workout will be an exciting surprise waiting for you on the day of the competition! Teams can compete in either the RX or Intermediate division. Register your same gender team of 2 and join us for a day of competition! Cash prizes for all podium finishers!
