About This Competition

Do you and your partner have what it takes to complete the ladder?
Grab your lifting buddy and prove your power in our Ultimate Strength & Endurance Team Competition! This high-intensity event will push your limits with a progressive weight challenge across "The Other Total", Overhead Squat, Bench, Clean.
Team Lifting Ladder (MM & FF teams of two)
Three lifts
- Overhead Squat (from ground)
- Bench
- Clean
Teams have a fixed duration of time to complete the lift and move to the next weight.
Ladder will be waterfall style – where teams feed into the ladder one after the other, coming out at the end or when they fail the lift.
Tie break is time for both athletes to complete the lift.
Details
- Athletes must weigh-in morning of the compatition, before the first lift
- The team must complete the lift at each station to progress to the next weight.
- Score will be rounds plus reps (e.g. team made it thru first 4 weights on the ladder plus two reps of the next weight - score is 4+2)
- A weight coefficient will be applied to the score for leaderboard placement.
- Weights are provided under the workout tabs. Each weight/lift will require 10 good reps to advance to the next weight.
- For safety, partners are expected to provide each other spotting assistance during the benchpress.
- CrossFit Games standards will be used to judge a good rep.
- Womens 15Kg BB = 35lbs, Mens 20Kg BB = 45lbs
- Overhead squat BB starts from the floor. Snatch or complex of clean plus shoulder to overhead plus OH squat are both acceptable.
- Muscle, power or squat clean are all acceptable variation for a good Clean rep
- Partners split up the work as they like
