About This Competition

AUGUST 15, 2026

Our annual iconic PAINKLLR Venice Beach is back. Our new format expands across all floors, pushing the standard of preparedness. Because fitness isn’t about perfecting a routine—it’s about being ready for anything.

The Tasks will change. The variables will shift.

This is for those who train, not to be the best at one thing, but to be capable of anything. PAINKLLR was never about staying the same. And neither are you.

Growth Over Fear

EVENT TYPE

Fitness Competition & Race
All Levels & Experiences, Outdoor

No matter what your fitness background is – Functional Fitness, OCR, running, or an active lifestyle individual looking for a challenge… There is a division for you.

It’s a community of action-takers, who believe that growth is the ultimate reward. We don’t just talk about transformation, we embody it. Every rep, every challenge, every bead of sweat is a declaration of our ability to endure and overcome.

Join us at PAINKLLR Venice Beach. Your limits won’t just be tested, they’ll be redefined.

Our 2 person same sex teams setup provides an environment to hit the competition floor and throw down with your friend and fellow athletes. The environment is real and this offers a chance to give it your all and leave it on the floor.

Division Breakdown

Pro Teams

This is the highest level of competition.

Pro is built for experienced competitors who train with intent and show up to perform. If you’re comfortable with heavy loads, high-volume conditioning, and racing at the front of the pack, this is your division.

Expect minimal margin for error.
Expect to be challenged physically and mentally.
Expect to be measured against the strongest teams on the floor.

Compete Teams

This is for athletes who train consistently and are ready to be challenged.

Compete is designed for teams who are confident with strength and endurance workouts, comfortable with recommended class weights, and capable of sustaining effort under fatigue. You understand pacing, teamwork, and how to push when it matters.

If you train regularly, want a serious test, and are ready to step up from entry-level competition, this is your lane.

Foundation Teams

This is where competition begins.

Foundation is for the everyday athlete — someone who trains, shows up, and wants to experience the energy of competition without heavy loads or highly technical movements.

Whether this is your first competition or your introduction to PAINKLLR-style racing, this division is built to be tough, accessible, and rewarding.

Sign up. Step in. Find out what you’re capable of.
