Partners can Break this up any way they chose other than the Shuttle Run. Each Partner will do 2 Shuttle runs.
RX: Dubs, 62# KB Men, 44# KB Women
Intermediate: 50 Dubs OR 100 Single Unders (Both partners have to do the same Movement, Dubs or Singles. For Single Unders, each rep counts as 1/2 rep. For scoring no fractional reps), 53# KB Men, 35# KB Women
Beginner: 50 Single Unders, 44# KB Men, 26# KB Women

One Rep Max Strict Press and Push Jerk/Split Jerk
First, Partner A and B will each work to establish a 1 Rep Max Strict Press. You may ad weight to the bar, but once weight is on, it cannot be removed.
Then, in remaining time, Partner A and B will each work to establish a 1 Rep Max Push OR Split Jerk!
Both athletes will work from the same bar. Movement is from the rig.
Score is the combined total of all 4 lifts.
*This Year, the combined total of your strict press will be used as the tie breaker if the needs exists.*
*A warm up area will be provided so that you may warm up for these lifts.*

*50 Chest 2 Bar
*40 Pistol Squats
*30 Handstand Push Ups
(Partners can break this up anyway you want)
Max Synch burpees in the remaining time
Score = Time + Reps
RX: Chest physically Touches the bar, Full Depth Pistol Squats, Strict or kipping Hand Stand Push ups
Intermediate: Chin over bar pull ups, 35#/53# Goblet Squats, Handstand push ups to a 5" Riser.
Scaled: Jumping chin over bar pull ups, Air Squats, Box Handstand Push ups. Feet on Box, Hips over shoulders.
Synchro Burpees. Both partners chests have to be on the ground at the same time.
