About This Competition
Join is for our second-annual FROST FIT FRENZY, a friendly in-house competition with a mission to celebrate our vibrant community by bringing each of us together for a morning of Fortified fitness and fun. Whether you're new to the gym or a legacy member, a competitive athlete or just in it for a good sweat… this event is for you!
EVENT DETAILS
Format:
Register as an individual - RX or Scaled. Workout as a co-ed team, selected by random draw. As a team, you will perform (four) five minute AMRAPs with five minutes of rest between each.
*Format may change slightly based on engagement.
Not Ready for Competition? We Still Need You!
We’re looking for volunteers to help out with check-in, judging, and helping facilitate various tasks.
Schedule:
7:00a Doors open / Check-in
8:00a Welcome/ Partner selection
8:15a Partner warm up
9:00a Heat 1 start - subsequent heats will run every 10 minutes
Family and friends are welcome. Proceeds used to maintain and enhance the gym’s equipment and facilities
